2018 Cross Country: Placed 68th at the MVC Championships ... finished 289th at the Bradley Pink Classic ... was 47th at the Oz Memorial...palced 55th at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Finished sixth with the 4x400 relay at the MVC Championships...was 14th in the 800m at the Tom Botts Invitational.

2018 Indoor: Finished seventh with the 4x400 relay at the MVC Championships...also took 10th in the 800 meters...was 20th in the 800 meters at the SDSU Classic...ran a personal best 1:38.62 in the 600 meters at the Husker Invitational to finish seventh...placed fifth in the 800 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invite...finished second in the 800 meters and 4x400 relay at the Iowa State Duels.

2017 Cross Country: Finished with a 6k time of 23:20.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional...ran a 5k time of 19:54.9 at the MVC Championships...placed 57th at the Hawkeye Invitational with a time of 16:54.4.

2017 Outdoor: Won the 800m and the 4x400 relay at the Central Invitational...placed eighth in the 800m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 800m at the Husker Invitational...finished ninth in the 800m at the Missouri Invitational...took sixth place in the mile at the Messersmith Invitational...finished sixth in the 1,000m at the Holiday Inn Invite. 

2016 Cross Country: Finished 100th at the Chile Pepper Festival with a 5k time of 19:21.22... placed 151st in the 6k at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational with a time of 24:08.5... finished 54th at the MVC Championship in the 5k with a time of 19:33.5.

2016 Outdoor: Finished in eighth at the Musco Twilight meet in the 800m...took second in the 4x400 and 10th in the 800m at the Jim Duncan Invitational...placed second in the 800m at the Ottawa Invitational...finished 11th at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the 800m.

2016 Indoor: Finished 11th in the 800 at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed 16th in the 800 at the Husker Invite...took 13th in the mile at the Mark Messersmith Invite...placed fourth in both the 4x400 relay and the 800 meter at the Big Four Invite...took second in the 800 meter and distance medley at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2015 Cross Country: Finished 207th at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time 25:19.5... came in 7th with a time of 16:08 at the Bulldog Classic.
