2019 Outdoor: Won the 5000m at the Jim Duncan Invitational ... finished third at the John McDonnell Invitational in the steeplechase ... placed fifth in the 1500m at the Kansas Relays and was a member of the winning DMR ...posted 18th and 15th respectively in the 5000m and the DMR at the Drake Relays ...set a personal best in the 1500m at the Nebraska Invitational ... finished fifth in the steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championships as well as 11th in the 5000m.

2019 Indoor: Placed 5th at the Jimmy Grant Invitational ... set a personal best in the mile at the Black & Gold Premier ... posted 16th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational ... finished 18th and 28th respectively at the MVC Indoor Championships in the mile and 3000m.

2018 Cross Country: Finished 153rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... placed 33rd at the MVC Championships ... finished 109th at the Bradley Pink Classic ... placed 88th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... was 20th at the Oz Memorial...placed 35th at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Set a personal best 19:14.40 in the 5,000m at the MVC Championships...was 14th in the 1,500m at the Husker Invitational and 17th at the Tom Botts Invitational...placed second in the 1,500m at the Jim Duncan Invitational...took 12th at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 60th at the 3k Hawkeye Invitational with a time of 11:24.1... placed 46th with a 6k time of 25:53.2 at the Oz Memorial... took 3rd at the 5k Viking Invitational with a time of 20:12.3... finished 98th at the Chille Pepper Festival with a 5k time of 19:18.5... placed 150th in the 6k at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational with a time of 24:07.7... finished 57th at the MVC Championship in the 5k with a time of 19:39.4

High School: Was a state championship qualifier in cross country as a senior and also participated in the 1,600 meters and 4x800-meter relays at the state meet ... as a senior, helped lead her team to a fifth-place finish at the cross country state championship ... also qualified for the state cross country meet as a junior as well as in the 1,600 meters, 800 meters and 4x800-meter relay during the track season.

Personal: Intends to major in biochemistry, cell and molecular biology.
