2018 Outdoor: Earned All-MVC honors after a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships...ran a personal best time of 59.49 at the MVC Championships...time is also the third-fastest in school history...took eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2018 Drake Relays presented by Hy-Vee...recorded a then personal-best time of 1:00.80 to win the 400-meter hurdles at the Tom Botts Invitational...also won the event at the Jim Duncan Invitational and helped win the 4x400 relay...opened her season with a third place finish at the Arkanas Spring Invitational

2018 Indoor: Finished eighth at the MVC Championships in the 400 meters...placed 10th at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a personal best in the 400 meters of 57.40...ran a 200 meter time of 25.90 to finish 36th at the Husker Invitational...finished sixth in the 400 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invite...won the 400 meters at the Iowa State duels

2017 Outdoor: Won the 100mH, 400mH and 4x400 relay at the Central Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Was on the fourth place distance medley relay team at the MVC Indoor Championships...finished sixth in the 60mH at the Nebraska Tune-Up meet...helped the 4x400 relay to a win at the Husker Invitational...finished eighth in the 60mH at the Messersmith Invitational...placed third in the 60mH at the Missouri Invitational...took sixth in the 60mH at the Holiday Inn Invite...placed second in the 60mH and sixth in the 300m at the Dutch Holiday preview meet...was part of the winning 4x400 relay at the Dutch Holiday preview meet. 

2016 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 100mH and fifth in the 400mH at the Nebraska Invitational...placed third in the 4x100 shuttle hurdle relay at the Drake Relays along with finishing fourth in the 400mH and ninth in the 100mH...took third in the 100mH at the Jim Duncan Invitational...finished third in both the 100mH and the 400mH at the Ottawa Invitational.

2016 Indoor: Took 15th with the 4x400 team at the Iowa State Classic...finished ninth in the 60 meter hurdles and 14th in the 400 at the Mark Messersmith Invite...placed 10th in the 400 with a time of 1:02.28 at the Big Four Invite...finished eight in the 60 meter hurdles at the Big Four Invite...was a member of the ninth place 4x400 team at the SDSU Holiday Invitational and took 11th in the 60 meter hurdles and seventh in the 300 meter hurdles...placed 24th in the 400 at the Holiday Inn Inviational.
