SPRINGFIELD, MO. ? The Drake women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to Missouri State Sunday afternoon. With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 5-8-2 on the campaign with a 2-2-0 worksheet in MVC action, while the Bears improved to 6-9-1 with a 2-1-1 conference record. 
Missouri State's lone goal came in the 60th minute (59:38) when Allison Osmundson scored on a header from five yards out. 
Sophomore 
Crystal Townley (Colorado Springs, Colo.) led the Bulldogs' effort taking three shots, all of which were on goal. 
The Bulldogs outshot the Bears 11-10, with the shots on goal tally in favor of Drake, 9-3. 
Jackie Jasper made nine saves in goal for Missouri State, while 
Jenny Schroeder (Albuquerque, N.M.) notched two saves for the Bulldogs. 
Drake begins its final week of regular season action hosting Indiana State on Thursday at 7 p.m. before completing the regular season at Illinois State, 1 p.m. Sunday.
