DES MOINES, IOWA -- Freshman nose guard Dave Witkiewicz (Hales Corner, Wis.) blocked a 28-yard field goal attempt by Davidson's Ben Behrendt on the last play of the game as Drake hung on to claim a 20-17 Pioneer Football League victory Saturday at Drake Stadium.
Drake parlayed the only three turnovers of the game into 17 points which proved to be the difference in the game.
