TULSA, Okla. - On the strength of two victories apiece, Drake junior Ryan Drake (Hilton Head Island, S.C.) and sophomore Robin Goodman (Cambridge, England) moved into the main draw of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Men's Tennis Central Regional on Friday (Oct. 21).

Drake moved into Saturday's (Oct. 22) main draw after dispatching of Oral Robert's Matthew Prevost, 6-0, 6-1, and Jamie Dash of South Dakota State, 6-1, 6-3.

Goodman opened play registering a 6-4, 6-2 triumph over Gino Octa of Western Illinois, before downing Vuk Poledica of Saint Louis, 6-0, 6-0.

Coming up short in their respective bids to move onto the main draw as well were senior Sean O'Grady (Tempe, Ariz.) and freshman Grant Tesmer (Lincoln, Neb.).

Drake will have three doubles team competing in the main draw when action resumes on Saturday (Oct. 22) at 8:00 a.m.  Eight Bulldogs are in the main singles' draw that returns to the court later in the day.
