DES MOINES, Iowa - The countdown to the 119th season of Drake football is now less than a week away as the Bulldogs open their campaign entertaining cross-town foe Grand View in a 7:00 p.m. game on Thursday (Aug. 30) at Drake Stadium.

Tickets are available by calling the Drake Athletic ticket office at (515) 271-DOGS (3647) or by purchase online at www.GoDrakeBulldogs.com.

KXNO (1460-AM) will be hosting a pre-game tailgate event in the Fan Zone from 4:00-6:30 p.m. in the parking lot immediately west of Drake Stadium.  Come enjoy live music, free Jethro's BBQ and Gusto Pizza for a limited time, and much more!
