The Drake University men's basketball team closes the regular-season series with Indiana State on Tuesday evening in Terre Haute, Ind. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. CST with the contest being broadcasted via The Valley On ESPN3. 

The Bulldogs travel to the banks of the Wabash River in search of their second MVC win of the season after defeating Bradley, 80-70, on Saturday afternoon to snap a nine-game losing streak.

That win improved Drake to 6-16 overall and 1-9 in the MVC. Indiana State returns to its home court with a 12-10 overall record and a 6-4 mark in MVC action following Saturday's double-overtime loss at Loyola.

Earlier this season, Indiana State built up a 22-point lead against the Bulldogs in a 79-69 victory at the Knapp Center. C.J. Rivers scored a career-high 13 points in that Drake loss.

Sophomore Ore Arogundade has been racking up career highs recently. Against Missouri State and Loyola he scored a career-high 12 points. At Illinois State he hauled in a then career-high eight rebounds to only better that with nine boards against Bradley.

Freshman center Dominik Olejniczak has also seen his offensive production surge as he is 17-of-19 from the field in the last five games and averaging 7.8 points per game during that span.

Drake's leading scorer, Reed Timmer, has two 20-point and two 19-point outings in the last five games. He has now scored 20 or more points seven times this season and scored 19 points in five other games.

Following Tuesday's game, Drake returns home to host UNI on Feb. 6 followed by a Feb. 9 contest against Wichita State.
