DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University football team completed three weeks of spring practice on Tuesday, April 12.
This week's report features the Bulldog secondary which is relatively inexperienced after losing three starters due to graduation. The secondary returns fifth-year senior and returning starter

Sean Lynch and
Terry Wallen, who all saw significant playing time last fall. Zyks is the Bulldogs' top returning tackler after tallying 45 tackles last year. He also recorded an interceptions and two break-ups. Krueger, Newell and the four juniors all played in 10 or more games and will be competing for the three open starting spots.
The Bulldogs have four remaining practices before their annual Blue and White Game on Saturday, April 23 at 1 p.m.
