DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake University head men's golf coach Matt Lewis released the Bulldogs' 2018 fall schedule on Friday, featuring four tournaments including the fourth annual Zach Johnson Invitational.
 
"I am extremely excited about our upcoming fall schedule. We should be very familiar with all of the courses since we played each of them last year," said Lewis.
 
The Bulldogs open the fall season for the second straight year at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational on Sept. 7-9, hosted by Air Force. The team then returns to the SIUE Derek Dolenc on Sept. 24-25.
 
"We will be hosting the fourth annual Zach Johnson Invitational at Glen Oaks Country Club on Oct. 1–2. We have a solid field including several MVC teams and other quality regional teams. It is always special to host your own event especially when we get to play at a course like Glen Oaks!" said Lewis.
 
Drake will welcome 11 teams to the fourth annual Zach Johnson Invitational, including Bradley, Creighton, Eastern Illinois, Green Bay, IUPUI, Loyola, North Dakota State, South Dakota, UNI, Valparaiso and Western Illinois.
 
Prior to playing their final tournament, the Bulldogs will dual Creighton at the Wakonda Club on Oct. 15.
 
Drake closes out the fall portion of the season for the seventh-straight time at the ODU/Outer Banks Intercollegiate on Oct. 21-23.
