Drake University sophomore Haeri Lee has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, the league announced Wednesday, March 4.
 
Lee fired a one-under-par 71 in the final round of this week's UTRGV Invitational to tie for fifth place at 220 (75-74-71) on the individual leaderboard. Lee finished in the top five for par-4 and par-5 scoring and led the field with 39 total pars.
 
Her final-round performance helped the team finish fifth in the event with a three-day score of 311-308-295–914. That final round score was the second-lowest round carded over the three-rounds of competition at McAllen Country Club. 
 
The MVC honor is the fourth of the season for Lee.
 
The Bulldogs return to the links March 21-22 at the Redrocks Invitational in Sedona, Ariz.
