The Drake University volleyball team will be serving up two matches this weekend against Indiana State and Evansville in the Knapp Center. The first match on the block is against Indiana State Friday evening at 6 p.m. followed by a 5 p.m. match against Evansville on Saturday. Both will be aired on ESPN3.
 
The Bulldogs beat the Sycamores this past March at Indiana State. ​​Lindsey Pliapol had a career game with 20 kills on 48 swings, Haley Bush added 18 kills and Emily Plock 16. Caitlyn Smith totaled 58 assists setting a career high. Last season, the Bulldogs beat the Aces' 3-1. Friday, the Bulldogs look to set two more wins with home court advantage.
 
Following this weekend, Drake visits Bradley and Illinois State on Oct. 22 and 23, respectively.
