The Drake University volleyball team is matched up against UNI on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Knapp Center aired on ESPN+.
Prior to the match, Drake Athletics in partnership with the Student Alumni Association will be hosting the annual Halloween Hoops event. There will be free pizza, goodie bags and interactive games (while supplies last). Wear your Halloween costume and have some fun prior to the match against UNI.
This past Saturday, the Bulldogs fell to three sets against Illinois State.
Haley Bush led the Bulldogs with a team-high of 10 kills and
Kacie Rewerts gave a team-high of four blocks.
The Bulldogs battled the Panthers previously this season sweeping Northern Iowa, 3-0. Mariana Rodriguez and
Haley Bush had 12 and 11 kills,
Kylee Macke and
Jada Wills had 12 and 11 digs.
Prior to the game, the annual Halloween Hoops event for kids will be taking place at 5pm on the concourse.
Following Friday, the Bulldogs play at Loyola on November 1.
