The Drake University volleyball team fell to Loyola, 3-0, Monday evening in Chicago. 

The Bulldogs held a steady lead for part of the first match, but were unable to come out on top. 

Senior Lindsey Pliapol led Drake with 10 kills. Emily Plock tallied seven kills and Haley Bush recorded six. 

Freshman Ashlyn Kuhn recorded a team high four blocks. 

Loyola was paced by Addie Barnes who recorded 17 kills and 20 points. 

The Bulldogs return to Des Moines for a set of home matches starting Friday Nov. 5.
