The Drake University volleyball team fell to Valpo, 3-1, in their season finale at the Knapp Center Saturday night. 

The Bulldogs struggled to gain momentum in the first two sets, but were able to win in the third. 

Drake was led by Mariana Rodrigues who tallied 16 kills, followed by Taylor Oberpriller who recorded a career high 13 kills. 

Maddie Holt added 31 assists and Kylee Macke recorded 22 digs. 

The Beacons were paced by Elise Swistek, who tallied 13 kills and 27 digs. 

The Bulldogs celebrated their six seniors after the match. Drake finished the season 11-15, 6-12 in MVC play.
