Three members of the Drake University men's tennis teams have earned spots on the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, the league announced Friday, July 23.
 
Reid Jarvis, Matija Matic and Freddie Powell represented the Bulldogs on the list for their strong performance in their academic pursuits.
 
In order for a student-athlete to be selected to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, the student-athlete must carry a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA, have used a year of eligibility and completed one academic year at the nominating institution.
