DES MOINES, Iowa -- Des Moines' Hometown Team Weekend will be back January 6-8 as the Drake women's basketball and men's basketball teams play host to key Missouri Valley Conference games. Drake Athletics has teamed up with 80/35 Music Festival for two nights of live postgame concerts at the Knapp Center. Local acts Lady Revel and Annie Kemble will perform immediately following the games on Friday, January 6 and Saturday, January 7.

Performing on Friday night following the Drake women's basketball game against Belmont, Lady Revel is a female duo from Des Moines, Iowa, delivers heartbreak and hooks with a sound that spans many genres. Jasey's lyrical depth and songwriting prowess is brought to life through the balance of her warm tone that complements Sara's bright and captivating vocals. With singer/songwriter roots, Lady Revel combines indie pop and neo soul, creating a unique blend.
Des Moines' own Annie Kemble will take the stage following Saturday night's men's basketball game versus Murray State. She is a multi talented musician who creates irresistible music with a unique jazz sound. Annie uses her training in voice, piano, drums, and arranging along with her exceptional songwriting to tell stories and evoke feelings as universal as they are specific.
