ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Haley Bush of the Drake volleyball team earned a spot on the Missouri Valley Conference Preseason Team, the league announced on Wednesday, Aug. 17.
 
The senior outside hitter from Waukee, Iowa led the Bulldogs with 290 kills during the 2021 fall campaign. She added 195 digs and 40.0 blocks on her way to the 2021 All-MVC First Team.

Bush was honored as the MVC Volleyball Player of the Year and took home AVCA All-American recognition for the shortened 2020-21 season.

Drake volleyball will open the 2022 regular season at the Amy Svoboda Memorial Classic hosted by Air Force Aug. 26-27.
