ST. LOUIS -- Enzo Marie of Drake cross country earned Missouri Valley Conference Men's Runner of the Week honors, the league announced on Wednesday (Sept. 20). 

Marie's personal best 8K time of 23:36.5 won the Red Division (second overall) of the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational at Mahoney Park Golf Course in Lincoln, Neb., on Saturday, Sept. 16. His performance was key in the Drake men's squad's Greeno/Dirksen Invitational team title on Saturday.

Drake cross country will lace up next for the Loyola Lakefront Invitational on Sept. 29.
