Volleyball Preview: Indiana State & Evansville

Bulldogs back home to host pair of Hoosier State foes

The Basics
The Drake women's volleyball team is set to host the Indiana State Sycamores and Evansville Aces on back-to-back nights this weekend, Oct. 25-26. The Bulldogs look to remain undefeated in the Knapp Center and pick up two more conference wins.

Bulldogs by the Numbers
The Bulldogs sit at a 12-8 overall record and an 8-1 conference record coming into the weekend. Drake bounced back from its lone MVC loss to UNI with a pair of road wins against Bradley and Illinois State last weekend. Earlier this week, libero Jada Wills was named the conference Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season. Wills earned the accolade after setting her career-high with 45 digs against the Braves. Her 45-dig performance also tied the single-match mark in program history. Wills is also nearing the all-time digs record as she is just 49 digs away from tying Kylee Macke's record of 2,535.
