ST. LOUIS -- Drake men's basketball freshman guard Kevin Overton was named Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Week for the fourth time this season, the league announced Monday, Feb. 19. 

Overton averaged 19.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2 steals over two wins last week. He helped Drake to an 78-75 victory over Evansville last Tuesday with 15 points, four rebounds and two steals. In Sunday's 95-72 win over Murray State, Overton racked up a career-high 23 points, adding two rebounds and two steals while finishing 5-8 from beyond the arc.

Overton was previously named MVC Freshman of the Week on Nov. 20, Dec. 11 and Feb. 5.
