Pennsauken Township, NJ – The Bulldogs finished sixth out of 11 in the MAAC Championship on Sunday, May 19. Jacksonville finished in first place, Sacred Heart finished in second and Fairfield finished in third.
"We're happy with our effort," Head Coach
Charlie DiSilvestro said. "They gave us everything they could. We're not satisfied. We need to step up our training next year, and the team has committed themselves to training harder so that we give ourselves a chance to start vying for some metals at the conference championship."
The Bulldog varsity four notched a time of 09:01.841, the first varsity eight finished with a 07:50.667 time and the second varsity eight finished with a 08:21.575 mark.
"We're proud of the six seniors that graduated," DiSilvestro said. "They gave us everything they could for four years and we wish them the best."

"We have a great recruiting class coming in that we're excited for," DiSilvestro said. "And we have a great returning class. So the future looks very bright for Drake Rowing."
