ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Drake's Maja Dodik earned the Missouri Valley Conference Singles Player of the Week, the league announced today.

The Bulldogs' top player, Dodik, had another stellar showing as the Bulldogs took down South Dakota in a non-conference battle. Dodik, playing in the No. 1 position, defeated Selena Bird by a 6-7, 6-3, 1-0 score.

Drake is taking on Morgan State in a neutral site match in Orlando, Florida today before visiting Murray State on Mar. 28 and Belmont on Mar. 29.
