DES MOINES, Iowa — Drake men's tennis standout Sam Melaga has been named to the All-Summit League Team following a dominant spring season that saw him emerge as one of the conference's top performers.
Melaga anchored the Bulldogs' lineup throughout the year, finishing the dual season with an impressive 14–2 singles record, the best mark on the team. Competing primarily in the middle of the lineup, Melaga consistently delivered points and played a key role in Drake's strong overall campaign.
