2016: Registered two tackles in the season finale against Stetson...had six tackles against Dayton...tallied seven tackles against Morehead State ... made two tackles against McKendree and South Dakota State ... recorded eight tackles against Quincy.

2015: Tallied 15 tackles for the season ... totaled three tackles against Valparaiso ... had a solo tackle against Stetson ... made two tackles against William Jewel.

2014:  Saw playing time in 10 games … recorded nine total tackles … had a team-high five tackles against Davidson, three of them solo stops ... recorded a solo tackle at Jacksonville ... made an assisted stop against Truman State. 

2013: Redshirted.

Prep: Named all-conference and first team all-area by the South Town Star … was also an academic all-state selection … helped his team advance to the playoff his senior season as a team captain.

Personal: Intends to major in health sciences … is the son of Thomas and Cindy Petta … has two sisters, Lauren and Ashley.
