Senior Year (2012): Started in all 57 games ... First team all-MVC selection ... hit .280 with eight home runs and 28 RBI with eight doubles ... tallied 47 hits and a .479 slugging percentage ... Recorded two three-hit games this season (Arkansas, Mar. 03 and Missouri St., April 1) ... games, reaching base safely in 14 of the final 15 games of the year ... hit a
solo shot in the seventh inning at Illinois State on Apr. 15 to tie the game at
1 and help Drake win 5-1 in eight innings ... homered for Drake's first run of
the game in a 6-1 victory over New Mexico State March 14 ... scored the winning
run in the sixth inning against No. 22 Louisiana Lafayette March 5.
Freshman Year (2009): Started 51
of 52 games played ... top five on the team in several categories, including
second in runs scored (24) and steals (10) ... was third in team batting
average (.284), slugging percentage (.365), hits (42) and sacrifice bunts (7)
... hit four doubles, one triple, two home runs and tallied 16 RBI ... season
fielding percentage was .963 ... named MVC Player of the Week March 2 after
hitting .533 with three RBI, two runs scored and three stolen bases at the UNLV
Tournament.
Prep: Earned second team Arizona
Class 5A all-state honors as senior at Salpointe Catholic High ... also named
to Southern Arizona All-Star team by Tucson Citizen ... played for South Team in 2008 Arizona
Coaches Association North-South Class 5A All-Star game ... awarded first team
