2023 Outdoor: Gold at Iowa State Alumni Meet in 5000 (18:51.76).
2022 Cross Country: Set a 5K PR at the Greeno Dirksen Invite (19:07.8)… Set her 6K PR of 22:43.9 at the Gans Creek Classic… Finished 64th at the MVC Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 24:14.1.
2022 Outdoor: Ran her 1500m PR of 4:57.57 at the Jim Duncan Invitational… Earned a fifth place finish (10:48.73) in the 3000m at the Musco Twilight… Set a new PR in the 5000m (18:14.83) at the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2022 Indoor: Set her collegiate mile PR of 5:51.77 at the Iowa State Holiday Invitational.
