2026 Outdoor: Set a personal record 5k time of 18:19.20 at the WashU Distance Carnival...finished sixth in the 3k with a personal record time of 10:21.48 at the Musco Twilight...ran a personal-best time of 2:29.79 in the 800-meter run at the Big Red Classic...ran a personal-best time of 4:47.46 in the 1500 at the Cyclone Twilight.

2026 Indoor: Only competed in the Cyclone Open, where she placed eighth in the 3k with a time of 10:46.83.

2025 Outdoor: Ran season best times of 4:50.83 in the Cyclone Twilight 1500, 10:48.90 to take ninth in the Musco Twilight 3000, and 19:14.75 at home in the Jim Duncan Invitational 5000.

2025 Indoor: Had a fourth-place finish in the Central College Dutch Invitational with time of 11:45.20 after running 10:53.50 to open year at Iowa State Classic.

2024 Cross Country: Best 5k time of the year came in season debut with 19:35.4 at Cyclone Preview…later ran top 6k time of the season at Sean Earl Lakefront Invite with pace of 23:35.6.

2025 Outdoor: Ran season best times of 4:50.83 in the Cyclone Twilight 1500, 10:48.90 to take ninth in the Musco Twilight 3000, and 19:14.75 at home in the Jim Duncan Invitational 5000.
