2026 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 3000S at the Cyclone Twilight...finished seventh in the 3000S at the Jim Duncan Invitational...ran a personal best 5k time of 18:38.47 at the WashU Distance Carnival.
2026 Indoor: Ran in four meets, collecting a ninth-place finish in the 3000 at the Iowa Open and an 11th place finish in the 3000 at the Bill Bergan Classic.
2025 Cross Country: Finished 21st with a personal best 4k time of 15:17.3 at the Hawkeye Invite...finished 26th with a personal best 5k time of 19:17 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview...ran a personal best 6k time of 23:25.2 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
