2014:  Started all 11 games on the offensive line … named second team Academic All-PFL.

2013: Played in and started nine games on he offensive line ... named second team Academic All-PFL.

2012: Saw action on the offensive line in six games on the season.

2011: Redshirted.

Prep: Played defensive line for Iowa City High School...started at left tackle on Iowa Class 4A state championship team in 2009 and runner-up team in 2010...earned all-conference honors as a senior...also a member of the basketball team.

Personal: Law, politics and society major ... son of Andy Johnson and Kathy Gerking ... brother of Anna ... born in May, 1993 … named to the 2013 and 2012 Pioneer Football League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
