2017: Redshirted ... named the team's Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year.

High School: Named first-team all-state and all-district as a senior … recorded 160 tackles and three sacks … received second-team all-state and first-team all-district as junior after totaling 110 tackles and eight sacks … helped lead Fort Worth Christian to a Texas 5A title in 2015 … was named first-team all-district after recording 75 tackles and seven sacks as a sophomore … posted 150 tackles to earn second-team all-district honors as a freshman.
 
Personal: Son of Armando Fitz and Mimi Sabates … plans to major in marketing and business … has five older siblings … father played football at Vanderbilt.
