Prior to Drake: Redshirted for one year at Northern Illinois University…graduated from Centennial High School In Ankeny where he was a three-year varsity letter winner, 2023 team captain, and 2023 Team MVP…collected First Team All-CIML twice and First Team All-State honors…invited to play in Shrine Bowl…two-time First Team All-District…earned Academic All-State and Academic All-Conference in all three varsity seasons…was also a three-year varsity letter winner on the Jaguar boys’ basketball team.

Personal: Born February 2006…son of Lezlee and Ryan Schutty…father played football at Division III power Wartburg College…has two brothers, Carter and Colt…intends to study Finance.
