2019: Saw action in 10 games ... recorded two tackles against Butler and San Diego.

High School:  Named first-team all-conference and all-area honorable mention as a senior … selected as a Blue-Grey All-American … recorded 50 tackles and two interceptions during his final prep season … tallied 40 tackles and an interception as a junior … was a member of the 2017 IHSA state champion 4x100 meter relay team … was a member of the National Honors Society.
 
Personal: Son of Cory and Stacey Ellis … plans to major in computer science … has two younger brothers, Marshall and Myles.
