2023: Named All-PFL First Team…played all 12 games on the offensive line.

2022: Started all 11 games on the offensive line.

Spring 2021: Started all five games on the offensive line ... PFL Honor Roll member.

High School: Two-year varsity letterwinner for Waukee High School ... helped team make quarterfinals of Iowa Class 4A playoffs his junior and senior seasons.

Personal: Son of Steve and Julie Palmer ... has one sister, Grace ... majoring in Actuarial Science and Data Analytics.
