Biography

2024: Veteran tight end played in all 11 games…caught seven balls for 105 yards with a long of 43 yards in win at Valparaiso.

2023: Named All-PFL Second Team…12 receptions for 252 total yards…caught a season-long 80 yard pass.

2022: Two receptions... 23 receiving yards... caught a touchdown in the season finale at Valparaiso.

Fall 2021: Did not see game action.

Spring 2021: Did not see any action ... PFL Honor Roll member.

High School: Returned for his senior football season at Lyons Township High School after missing his junior year due to injury ... earned all-conference and all-area honors ... named Lyons Township High School’s most valuable player ... academic all-conference selection as a senior.

Personal: Born Oct., 2001 ... son of Nelson and Linda Rodriguez ... father played baseball and football for University of Northwestern - St. Paul (Minn.) ...  has one sibling, Alex ... chose Drake because of the excellent combination of academics and football. The coaching staff and players are phenomenal people that will make him work his hardest everyday ... majoring in secondary teaching education and entrepreneurial management.
