2003-04 — Appeared in 27 games with 16 starts...led team in field goal percentage (.512)...earned honorable mention Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete honors...named MVC Player of Week Jan. 5 after averaging 11.0 points and 7.6 rebounds in three games, while shooting 59 percent from floor...had first career double-double with career highs of 14 points and 10 rebounds in victory at Wichita State...named to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islander Classic All-Tournament team after averaging 9.5 points and 6.5 rebounds...collected 13 points in tournament vs. Cleveland State along with six rebounds...had 13 points and team-high seven rebounds in MVC regular-season finale at Illinois State...had 12 points in both games vs. Creighton including tip-in basket with three seconds left to force second game into first overtime of eventual double-overtime victory for Drake.

2002-03 — Played in 19 games with consecutive starts against Evansville, Illinois State and Northern Iowa...played what might be described as best game of season in home contest vs. Wichita State after collecting career-high seven rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots in 17 minutes...saw most extensive action of season playing 27 minutes in home game vs. Southwest Missouri State, grabbing four rebounds...scored career-high 10 points along with two assists in 16 minutes vs. Grinnell...had four rebounds in MVC Tournament game vs. Illinois State.

High School — Averaged 19.5 points and 12.4 rebounds as a senior, while earning first-team Iowa Class 4-A all-state honors by Iowa Newspaper Association...also earned second-team Iowa Class 4-A all-state honors by The Des Moines Register for the second consecutive year...recorded double-doubles in 59 of the 63 varsity games he played for Lincoln...three-time first team All-Central Iowa Metropolitan League choice...led CIML in scoring as junior and senior...also led CIML in rebounding for three straight years...had 29 points and 13 rebounds in 68-54 substate victory past Des Moines Roosevelt...led team to 15-6 record as senior...averaged 21.8 points and 11.3 rebounds as junior...finished career with 1,398 points, 841 rebounds, while shooting 71 percent from free throw line...played on Martin Brothers Senior team which won 2002 Iowa AAU 19-and-under state title...selected All-Southwest District as sophomore, junior and senior.
