Senior Year (2020): Played in all 24 games with 18 starts ... batted safely in five of the last six games of the season ... closed the season going 6-for-16 (.375) at the plate ... had two hits against Kansas City on March 6 ... collected two RBIs against Kansas on March 7.

Junior Year (2019): MVC All-Defensive team ... played in 59 games with 58 starts ... batted career-high .268 ... batted .326 with runners in scoring position ... went 2-for-4 and 3-for-4 against Toledo in back-to-back games (Feb. 8 & 9) ... went a combined 4-for-5 and scored three runs in doubleheader against Indiana State on March 31 ... went perfect 3-for-3 with a stolen base against Grand Canyon on March 8 ... third on the team in stolen bases with 17. 

Sophomore Year (2018): Played in 53 games with eight starts ... scored 16 runs ... stole six bases ... went 2-for-3 against Bradley on March 30 in second game of doubleheader ... went 2-for-2 against Bryant with two runs scored, one RBI and a stolen base. 

Freshman Year (2017): Played in 50 games with 43 starts ... batted .255 with two home runs and 14 runs batted in ... hit first career home run in game one win over Indiana State on April 1 ... slugged her second career home run in win over Indiana State on April 2 ... second on the team in stolen bases with 13.

High School: Four-year member of track and field team ... pole vaulter and javelin thrower ... medaled four years at the Kansas 6A State Track and Field meet ... finished fourth in the javelin at state meet as a senior ... played basketball her first three seasons ... high school softball and track & field share same season in Kansas so Buie competed in just track and field for Gardner Edgerton ... played for DeMarini Aces Gold softball club ... Aces Gold team placed 10th at the 2016 National Premier 18U softball tournament, losing to the team that eventually won the tournament ... as a senior was named Gardner Edgerton's 2015-16 Female Athlete of the Year ... named to principal's honor roll all four years.

Personal: Born March, 1998 ... daughter of Gene and Cinnemon Buie ... has three siblings, Morgan, Skyler and Austin ... majoring in pre-athletic training ... mother, Cinnemon played basketball and ran track at Kansas State ... sister, Morgan played softball at Lamar ... chose Drake for its small campus and what educational and softball opportunities it offers.
