2026 Outdoor: Jim Duncan Invitational 5k Champion with a personal record time of 14:41.44...Musco Twilight 3000S Runner-Up...finished fourth in the 4x1600 and sixth in the 5k at the Drake Relays...personal best times of 3:53.17 in the 1500 and 9:19.94 in the 3000S... placed 8th in the 3000S and 19th in the 5k at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2026 Indoor: Finished sixth in the mile at both the Bill Bergan Classic and the Iowa Open...recorded a personal best mile time of 4:14.43 at the Iowa Open.
2025 Cross Country: Competed in four meets...recorded a personal best 8k time of 25:23 at the Gans Creek Classic...recorded a personal best 10k time of 34:48.4 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships...placed 42nd at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships.
Prior to Drake: Qualified for Nike Cross Nationals
