2025 Outdoor: Added to her historic career with a Drake Relays title after winning the 800 in 2:03.95…added victories in the Jim Duncan Invitational 1500 with a time of 4:18.13 and another Missouri Valley Conference crown with a 2:04.87 800…was also a member of a 3:47.11 4x400m relay at the Drake Relays…closed season with best 800 run of the year with a 2:03.43 in NCAA West Region First Round meet.
2025 Indoor: Collected five titles during final indoor campaign including as a member of a 3:54.33 4x400 team at the Cyclone Open, 3:54.06 4x400 and 2:09.45 800 at the Iowa State Classic, 2:06.34 800 at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational, and 2:07.60 800 at the MVC Championships…added a 4:42.83 mile, her best of the year, to take sixth at Arkansas’ Tyson Invitational.
2024 Cross Country: Best 5k time of 17:42.0 came in season opener at the Cyclone Preview…ran top 6k time of 21:01.2 to finish inside the top 20 at the MVC Championships.
2024 Outdoor: Best outdoor 800 time of the year capped her spring with runner-up result of 2:06.35 at the MVC Championships…picked up wins with 2:14.33 800 at Wartburg Outdoor Select and 2:07.85 at the ISU Alumni Invitational…added a 4:28.39 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational and was a member of the Drake Relays seventh place 4x800 team that ran 9:07.13.
2024 Indoor: Ran a 9:57.09 3000m to finish ninth at Cyclone Open…added a 2:08.19 in the 800 at the Tyson Invitational and 4:53.47 mile at the Cyclone Open.
2023 Indoor: Won the 800m at the Cyclone Open with a 2:13.46…Placed 4th and set a PR in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a 4:54.67…Placed 2nd in the DMR at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a 11:51.82.
2023 Cross Country: Placed 18th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships…competed at the Midwest Region Cross Country Championships…Set a personal best 6k time of 21:23.5 at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational.
2023 Outdoor: 3rd at Drake Relays in 800 + PR (2:08.66)...4th in 800 at MVC Outdoor Championships (2:08.93).
2022 Cross Country: Set a 5K PR at the Greeno Dirksen Invite (18:04.1) en route to a 13
th place finish… Set a 6K PR of 22:03.1 at the Gans Creek Classic before besting it at the NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regionals (21:36.5)… Earned an 18
th place finish at the MVC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:16.3.
2022 Outdoor: Set a 1500m PR (4:29.37) to place eighth at the Bryan Clay Invitational… Finished 10
th in the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships 1500m final (4:37.60).
2022 Indoor: Competed in the Distance Medley Relay helping the Drake squad win the event (12:23.57) at the Nebraska Graduate Classic… Ran a collegiate PR mile of 4:57.00 at the Cyclone Open… Set an 800m PR (2:11.12) to finish 4
th at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2021 Cross Country: Competed in the Hawkeye Invitational 4K with a time of 14:55.8… Competed in four 6K races including her season-best of 22:32.4 at the Redbird Invitational… Finished in 33
rd place at the MVC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:33.9.
