2025 Outdoor: Was the runner-up at the Central College Dutch Invitational with an 11:29.85 3000…later posted fifth place finish in the Jim Duncan Invitational steeplechase with a time of 11:44.94…rounded out schedule with best steeplechase time of the year, an 11:40.83 at the MVC Championships.

2025 Indoor: Had season best times of 5:19.68 in the mile at the MVC Indoor Championships, 2:30.83 in the 800 at the Maverick Premier #2, and 10:46.25 in the 3000 at the Washburn Open.

2024 Cross Country: Started 2024 XC season with best 5k time of the year, a run of 20:08.1 at the Cyclone Preview…closed fall campaign with best 6k time of the season, a 24:51.2 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
