2026 Outdoor: Musco Twilight 3k Runner-Up with a personal record time of 10:08.22...MVC Outdoor Championships 10k tenth-place finish with a personal record time of 36:42.05...recorded personal 800 record time of 2:24.37 at the Big Red Classic...recorded personal 1500 record time of 4:43.24 at the Cyclone Twilight...eighth-place finish in the 5k at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
2026 Indoor: Ran a season-best mile time of 5:20.69 at the Iowa State Classic and a season-best 5k time of 17:58.83 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship...finished runner-up in the 4x400 at the Bill Bergan Classic...sixth-place finishes in the 3000 at both the Cyclone Open and Iowa Open...seventh-place finish in the 5k at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational.
2025 Cross Country: Ran in five meets with one top twenty finish (13th in the Dan Huston Invitational) and two top thirty finishes (24th at the Hawkeye invite & 28th at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview) ...ran a season-best 5k time of 19:28.4 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview, a season-best 4k time of 15:27.7 at the Hawkeye Invite, and a season-best 6k time of 22:39.4 at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships.
