John Hollimon is in his second season as assistant men's tennis coach.
Hollimon returns to Drake as he was interim head women’s tennis coach for the Bulldogs in 2016.
Prior to coming to Drake in 2016, he was a volunteer assistant coach for the UAB men’s tennis team for the 2015 season and was a tennis professional for the past eight years in the Birmingham, Ala. area.
Hollimon played for UAB from 2007-11 and graduated summa cum laude in 2010 with a degree in neuroscience. He received a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham in 2015.
