Carolyn Burch Kirchhoff serves as Director of Athletics Donor Events, Engagement & Stewardship at Drake, where she leads efforts to strengthen relationships with athletics supporters through strategic events, engagement, and stewardship. She previously spent two years as Director of Athletic Development & Revenue Generation, helping advance fundraising and revenue initiatives for the department.
Prior to joining Drake in her current role, Carolyn served as Events & Community Engagement Manager at Dowling Catholic High School. She also previously served as Director of Athletics Development at Drake from 1999–2003.
Carolyn attended William Penn University, where she was a letter winner in tennis and track, and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Drake University.
