Spotlight: Adam Emmenecker

Adam Emmenecker, a senior on the men's basketball team, not only excels as an athlete on the court, but in the classroom as well. Named to the 2006-07 MVC Scholar-Athlete second team and 2005-06 MVC Scholar honorable mention squad as well as the co-recipient of team's academic achievement award for having the best overall GPA, Emmenecker has worked hard on and off the court. As his last season being a Drake Bulldog, Emmenecker is setting his sights high, hoping to build on their winning record last year.

Words of advice for underclassmen on your team: Coaches always say senior year comes fast and is over before you know it...listen.
