Bill Eaddy scored 21 points, including 19 in the second half, to rally Gratias Construction Inc. to a 107-88 victory past Coca-Cola Bottlers in the championship of the Capital City Summer League Sunday night at Valley Southwoods.
Eaddy scored seven points to key an 11-3 scoring spree by Gratias Construction Inc. midway through the second half.
Trailing 67-66, Eaddy hit two free throws and then made a layup to give Gratias Construction Inc. a 70-67 lead it would never relinquish. He closed out the scoring blitz with a three-point basket from the right of the key.
Drake senior-to-be Jacob Baryenrbuch lifted Gratias Construction Inc. into the championship by scoring 30 points in a 118-111 semifinal round victory against Granite Transformation. Baryenbruch hit eight of 12 three-point shots.
