FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Junior Brogan Austin (Boone, Iowa) and senior Charlie Lapham (Golden Valley, Minn.) led the Drake men's cross country team at the Roy Griak Invitational Saturday (Sept. 29).

The meet, held in Falcon Heights, Minn. was won by Kelly Weibe of Regina, with host Minnesota taking the overall title with 67 points.

The Bulldogs placed in 14th with a score of 349 and had all seven participants finish in the top-100 of competitors.

Austin was the top Drake runner, finishing the course in 25:53 for 42nd overall. Lapham finished in 26:22 in 67th place.
