TULSA, Okla. – The Drake University men's tennis team wrapped up play at the ITA All-American Tennis Championships on Thursday, as senior Ben Lott fell to Arizona's Naoki Takeda, 6-3, 7-5, in the singles main draw.

Lott, who is ranked 40th in the country, dropped a tough straight sets match, 6-3, 7-5, to No. 37 Takeda in the opening round of the main draw.

The Bulldogs will return to action on Wednesday, Oct. 14 for the start of the ITA Central Regional tournament, hosted by Arkansas, in Fayetteville, Ark.
