KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Drake University women's golf team finished in 13th-place after 36 holes at the KC Shootout in Kansas City, Mo. on Monday, April 6.
The Bulldogs scored a 663 (331-332) after day-one, while Middle Tennessee State sits on top of the standings with a score of 584.
Senior Danielle Brooks (Red Wing, Minn.)led the Bulldogs with a score of 155 (75-80) and is placed tied for 30th. Fellow senior Ashley Brooks (Red Wing, Minn.) carded a score of 167 (85-82), while Katie Clausen (Hinton, Iowa) was just two shots back from Brooks with a score of 169 (87-82). Freshman Madison Glennie (Clearwater, Fla.) rounded out Drake's effort with a score of 172 (84-88).
Drake will close out the week on Tuesday in the final round of the KC Shootout.
