Sophie Hill fired a 76, matching a career-best, to lead the Drake University women's golf team on the final round of the FGCU Eagle Invitational on Sunday.
"I am very pleased with the way we carried ourselves on and off the golf course this week. We didn't perform up to our standards and continued to maintain a benficial attitude and treated others really well. We will stick to our process and continue to get better," Drake head coach

The Bulldogs finished in 13
th place out of 15 team with a score of 960 (313-330-317), while Mercer took home the team title, recording a 894 (301-293-300).
Hill's 76 put her tied for 30
th with a total score of 233 (79-78-76), while classmate
Grace Dunn finished just two shots behind Hill with a score of 235 (77-81-77). Sophomore
Madison Glennie shot an 81 to conclude the 54-hole event with a 243 (78-84-81). Freshman
Adrianna Elliott finished with a score of 250 (79-87-84), while senior
Katie Clausen rounded the Bulldogs' effort with a 262 (83-94-83).
The Bulldogs return to competition on March 5 at the Red Rocks Invitational in Sedona, Ariz., hosted by Northern Arizona.
