Single game tickets for Drake men's and women's basketball are now available, the Drake Athletics Ticket Office announced Monday, October 25. Also available is the "You Pick 6" Package," which provides fans the option of selecting 6 home games at a discounted rate of $96 for men's basketball and $66 for women's basketball.
Fans are eager to watch Drake basketball in the Knapp Center this season as both the men's and women's basketball teams have received accolades from preseason voting polls.
For the first time on record, men's basketball was picked as the preseason favorite in the Missouri Valley Conference preseason poll. The program also received votes in the Associated Press Top 25 Preseason Poll, the only Division I program in Iowa to receive votes.

Allison Pohlman's team was predicted to finish second in the MVC as voted on by coaches, sports information directors and media.
The home schedule for both programs feature exciting non-conference match ups preceding MVC action.
The women's basketball schedule begins with exhibitions against Grand View on November 3 and Minnesota State on November 6 before the regular season opener against Creighton on November 10. Also highlighting the home schedule are bouts with Iowa State on November 18 and Minnesota on December 23 before the Bulldogs begin conference play at home vs. Indiana State on December 30.

Men's basketball begins the season at home with an exhibition against Drury on November 4 followed by the home opener on November 9 against Coe College. On November 20, the Richmond Spiders, who received 13 votes in the AP Top 25 preseason poll, will travel to Des Moines for a 12 p.m. tilt. New this year, men's basketball will feature a single conference game on December 2 when the Bulldogs host the Valparasio Beacons.
